We are looking for a results-driven Upwork Bidder to identify and secure new projects on Upwork. You will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals, engaging with potential clients, and converting leads into successful partnerships.

- Identify and evaluate suitable projects on Upwork that align with our capabilities.
- Write persuasive, customized proposals that highlight our strengths and value proposition.
- Engage with clients through initial conversations to understand requirements and build rapport.
- Maintain a high proposal success rate and track bidding metrics.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate project scoping and pricing.
- Manage client communications during the pre-contract phase.
- Stay updated on Upwork platform changes and best practices.
Requirements
What we're looking for.
- Proven experience as an Upwork bidder with a successful track record.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Understanding of software development services and technical terminology.
- Ability to analyze project requirements and assess feasibility.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Familiarity with Upwork platform policies and algorithms.
- Experience in the software development industry is a plus.
